Salary: £165 - £210 per day (Dependent on Experience)

GSL Education Manchester is delighted to be working with a high-performing secondary school in Oldham to recruit a Qualified PE Teacher for a full-time role starting September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and well-resourced department that values teamwork, student engagement, and sporting excellence.
About the Role:
You’ll be delivering dynamic and inclusive PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, encouraging students to develop their physical skills, teamwork, and confidence. You will also be involved in supporting extracurricular sports activities and school competitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver well-planned and engaging PE lessons
Promote fitness, health, and well-being across the school
Manage behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment
Encourage participation in extracurricular sports clubs and events
Contribute to departmental planning and assessment
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK teaching qualification
Experience teaching PE in a UK secondary school
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
A passion for sport, health, and physical education
A positive, energetic, and committed teaching approach
