Job Description
Part-Time Qualified Primary Teacher – Chelmsford/Maldon Area
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Qualified Primary Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team at our school located in the Chelmsford/Maldon area.
About the Role:

Part-time position covering Nursery, Reception and Year 1 classes.
*
Age groups covered will vary depending on school needs (ages 3–6).
*
Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that support all pupils to achieve their full potential.
*
Work closely with colleagues to ensure high standards of teaching and learning across the Early Years and Key Stage 1.
About You:
*
A fully qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
*
Strong understanding of the EYFS and Key Stage 1 curriculum.
*
Adaptable and confident teaching across a range of age groups (Nursery, Reception, Year 1).
*
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
*
Enthusiastic, creative and able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
*
The applicant:
The successful applicant is expected to have maths and English (GCSE grade C/4 and above) or alternatively a suitable childcare qualification. Experience and personality are equally desirable. Being able to work in a team as well as individually is important to provide maximum support to the class teacher.
