About the Role
We are seeking a resilient and skilled Supply Teacher to join the team at Kitts Green Academy, working with students who present with challenging behaviour, SEMH needs, and a history of ACES. Lessons are often practical, flexible, and tailored to re-engage students with learning.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering creative lessons that meet the needs of pupils with SEMH.
Building strong relationships to create trust and consistency.
Managing challenging behaviours with a calm and patient approach.
Working closely with support staff to maintain a positive learning environment.
