The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Be confident teaching across KS3 and KS4, with subject specialism welcome in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE, or other core subjects
Demonstrate strong classroom management and the ability to adapt to different learning needs
Be passionate about helping young people build confidence and achieve success
Be a great team player who is reliable, professional, and committed to their role
Have excellent communication and organisational skills
Understand how to motivate and engage secondary-aged learners through innovative teaching strategies

The ability to differentiate and scaffold effectively for mixed abilities
A strong understanding of curriculum and assessment
