Primary–Secondary Teacher (Full‑Time, MPS/UPS Scale)
Are you passionate about delivering an engaging and inclusive curriculum that spans Key Stages 1–3? We are seeking a qualified teacher capable of seamlessly transitioning from primary to lower-secondary content to join a specialist setting that supports students with a broad range of learning needs.

This is a specialist provision catering to pupils aged 3–19 with a wide range of additional needs, including profound and severe learning difficulties, autism spectrum conditions (ASC), social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, and associated communication and sensory challenges. Salary & Benefits
Main Pay Scale (MPS): £31,650–£43,607
Upper Pay Scale (UPS): £45,646–£49,084
TLR allowance available for additional responsibilities (£3,391–£16,553+)

Essential Requirements
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Primary teaching experience, with the confidence and flexibility to teach older learners working below age-related expectations
