This role is with Enfield Children's MASH - candidates must have MASH experience or extensive assement & CP experience
Social Worker: This is an experienced practitioner role. The postholder has at least three years’ experience in direct employment in local authority children social care. They are expected to undertake cases independently and demonstrate an ability to adapt their approach from first principles to deal with more complex or unusual cases, assessing and managing risks appropriately. - This is an experienced practitioner role. To be considered for the Social Worker role, your application will demonstrate that you: - Have a thorough understanding of current legislation and the London Safeguarding Children Procedure and Practice Guidance and be committed to relational practice. - Can work in a multi-disciplinary environment
