Job Description
We are seeking a Qualified Social Worker, with experience working with Children for our clients based in Ilford. This is being recruited on a temporary basis.
Placement is ongoing, further details can be provided on request.
Prospective Start date: 20th October 2025.
As a Qualified Social Worker, Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake comprehensive assessments to identify needs and risks.
* Develop, implement, and review care and support plans in line with statutory requirements.
* Prepare detailed reports and present evidence in court proceedings.
* Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multi-agency professionals to ensure the best outcomes for service users.
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records in line with policies and legislation
Candidate requirements:
* Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
* Experience in children’s services, particularly assessments and court work.
* Strong communication and report-writing skills.
* Ability to manage a varied caseload within statutory timescales.
Working hours:
35 Hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Ilford, IG1
Salary and Benefits:
Pay rate: £25.68 Per hour.
