Qualified Social Worker – MASH/R&A/CP/Family Protection - Join 3D Recruit

Are you a committed and experienced frontline Children’s Social Worker? 3D Recruit is seeking CSW3-level practitioners to join dynamic teams within MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub), R&A (Referral & Assessment), CP (Child Protection), and Family Protection services. We partner with local authorities across the UK to place professionals in impactful roles where safeguarding and early intervention are key.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex caseloads within fast-paced environments such as MASH, Initial Assessment, and Child Protection teams.
*
Undertake Section 47 enquiries, single assessments, and initial strategy discussions.
*
Provide timely interventions and formulate safeguarding plans in collaboration with families and professionals.
*
Chair and attend core groups, child protection conferences, and legal planning meetings.
*
Complete high-quality reports for court, panels, and statutory reviews.
*
Maintain accurate case recordings that meet local and national standards.
Essential Requirements:
*
Degree/Masters in Social Work and SWE registration.
*
2+ years’ post-qualifying experience in frontline statutory children’s services (MASH, R&A, CP, or similar).
*
Strong knowledge of Working Together to Safeguard Children, Children Act 1989/2004, and court processes.
*
Confidence working under pressure and managing risk.
*
Right to work in the UK.
