A children's service in the East Midlands is seeking passionate and dedicated Social Workers to join their dynamic teams:
Are you a passionate and experienced Social Worker looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and families? A well-established Children's Services provider in the East Midlands is currently recruiting for multiple roles across key teams, including
Children in Care (CIC) Court
Adoption
Children with Disabilities
Safeguarding
About the Roles:
Each team plays a vital role in supporting children and young people across the region:
Safeguarding Team: Protecting children at risk and ensuring their safety through robust assessments and multi-agency working.
CIC Court Team: Managing care proceedings and ensuring the best outcomes for children in the court arena.
Adoption Team: Supporting children through the adoption process and working closely with prospective adopters.
CWD Team: Providing specialist support to children with disabilities and their families, promoting inclusion and tailored care.
What They're Looking For:
Qualified Social Workers registered with Social Work England
At least 2 years experience in statutory children's social work (including child protection, court work, children with disabilities or adoption)
Strong communication, assessment, and report-writing skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
