RADAAS Ltd Hiring: Locum Social Workers – Court & Exploitation Experience | Dudley 🌟
Role: Locum Social Worker – Adolescent Safeguarding
Location: Dudley
Rate: Enhanced up to £29.5/hr
Duration: 6 Months (Tentative)
RADAAS Ltd is supporting Dudley’s Adolescent Safeguarding Service, a specialist team working with teenagers facing complex risks including exploitation, trauma, and high-level safeguarding concerns. We are looking for experienced Locum Social Workers with strong backgrounds in court work and adolescent risk.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
*
Manage complex adolescent safeguarding cases, including exploitation and contextual risk.
*
Complete high-quality assessments and produce evidence-based safeguarding plans.
*
Lead on court work, prepare statements, and attend hearings as required.
*
Work collaboratively within a multi-agency team including youth workers, mental health practitioners, police and exploitation specialists.
*
Apply trauma-informed, relationship-based and restorative approaches in all casework.
*
Ensure all statutory duties and legislative requirements are met.
