Qualified Subject Teachers – Secondary (Greater Manchester)

Key Responsibilities
Teach your specialist subject across KS3, KS4 (and possibly KS5)
Plan lessons, assess student work, track progress
Contribute to department planning, curriculum development
Participate in departmental meetings, marking, reporting
Provide feedback to students, colleagues, and SLT as required
Uphold behaviour standards, promote inclusive values
Essential Criteria
QTS or equivalent
Experience teaching your specialist subject
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Ability to differentiate for mixed attainment groups
