Teaching Assistant

Milk Education are recruiting for highly-skilled , enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a Primary school in L16,Liverpool to work on a long-term basis starting in January!

You’ll be part of a supportive school community, working with an fantastic team of Teaching Assistants. Your main role will be to give 1:1 support across KS1 and KS2, helping them to thrive both inside and outside of the classroom

This is an exciting role for a new or experienced Teaching Assistant to join a brilliant school to support pupils in reaching their potential!

What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:

* Support the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils in the classroom.
* Provide 1;1 support for pupils 
* Run fun and engaging catch-up or small group sesions when needed. 
* Create a warm and positive learning space for all children.

Essential Qualifications:

* Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting, ideally with SEN support. 
* A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, or similar), or strong relevant experience as a Teaching Assistant. 
* A genuine love of helping children learn and achieve their best. 
* Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom Teacher.
