Whether you're looking to pick up a few hours a week or build a consistent schedule, this flexible tutoring role allows you to choose sessions that fit your lifestyle- morning, midday or after-school.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver tailored, one-to-one tuition in GCSE-level Maths, English, or Science.
Create engaging, learner-focused lesson plans adapted to each student's unique strengths and needs.
Monitor progress, set clear goals, and offer actionable feedback.
Support students with a variety of learning profiles, including SEN and additional educational needs.
Build a positive, encouraging learning environment to boost confidence and motivation.
Requirements:
QTS or PGCE in secondary core subject.
At least 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience at secondary level.
Right to work in the UK
Must have, or be willing to complete, an Enhanced DBS check.
Desirable:
Experience working with SEN learners or those requiring additional academic support.
Confidence delivering Functional Skills or alternative curriculum pathways.This is a brilliant opportunity for educators who value flexibility and purpose.
