The QHSE Administrator is a 12 month FTC for an electronics manufacturer based in Andover. The role is Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, with an early finish of 3:30pm on a Friday. The role is paying £26,450.
The QHSE Administrator will play a key role in supporting the company’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental framework, ensuring processes are maintained and the business remains compliant and audit-ready at all times. Reporting to the Senior Quality Engineer, this position provides essential administrative support across the management system, helping to drive consistency, accuracy and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment. Core responsibilities include maintaining and updating the QHSE management system and associated processes, such as handling internal rejects, rework, scrap, requalification and customer returns. The role also supports the promotion of a positive health and safety culture across the business, working collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure alignment and delivery of quality products on time. The position involves identifying areas for improvement in day-to-day operations, supporting wider business objectives and carrying out general administrative duties as required. This is an opportunity, with training provided, suited to someone with administrative experience and an interest in quality and health & safety within a manufacturing or engineering setting.

· The ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external
· Experience within manufacturing/production/engineering is desirable
