Quality Administrator £29,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on skills and abilities). 12-month fixed term contract. Location: Wrexham. Additional Benefits: 29 days holiday (including bank holidays) Free parking Subsidised canteen Career progression The role: Our client, is looking to recruit a Quality Administrator to work for a reputable food manufacturer in the Wrexham area. This role is working in a friendly team in a positive working environment. Main Duties of the Quality Administrator: Maintain and update quality documentation. Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and assisting with audit readiness. Record, monitor, and report on non-conformances and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with food safety standards, company policies, and legal requirements. Collate data and generate reports on quality KPIs and trends. Support with administrative tasks including document control, filing, and data entry. Liaise with production to investigate quality issues. Candidate: The successfully appointed Quality Administrator will have: Essential: The ability to produce detailed reviews. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Desirable: Previous experience in a quality or administrative role within the food manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations. Training in HACCP Level 2 or above. Experience with quality management systems (QMS) or ERP systems.
