Our client, a leading organisation in the manufacturing and production industry, is seeking a dedicated Quality Administrator to join their dynamic team in Evesham. What You'll Be Doing: As the Quality Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of quality processes. Your responsibilities will include: * Acknowledging and managing customer, supplier, and inter-company incidents within the Knowledge Management System (KMS). * Ensuring accurate data capturing and maintaining relevant quality databases and metrics. * Engaging with customers and suppliers to resolve issues effectively and support the disposition and credit process. * utilising SAP for traceability data and generating costings for customer incidents. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and manage external and internal incidents, ensuring timely resolution. * Initiate Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) and follow up on supplier investigations. * Prepare and submit customer scorecards for key accounts. * Conduct behavioural audits and participate in ad-hoc quality projects. What We're Looking For: To thrive in this role, you should possess: * Experience: Minimum of 5 years in customer care or quality roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment. * Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO standards and quality assurance processes is advantageous. * Skills: Our client values their employees and offers a vibrant work culture.
