Orion Group are working with a leading contractor who operates across various sectors and is renowned for delivering complex, high value projects in Power & Transmission, Renewables and Water.
With new contract wins almost daily, they have secured work for at least the next 10years, and to enable them to deliver these projects, there currently recruiting heavily across the business.
In your new role as a Quality Advisor, you’ll make sure that their products and services meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance by managing the Quality Management Systems (QMS), support compliance with ISO 9001, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the business.
Tasks include:
Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s QMS.
Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other standards.
Keep up to date with national and international regulations.
Lead and support quality improvement initiatives.
Deliver training on quality assurance and control processes.
Maintain accurate quality documentation and reports.
Investigate and report on non-conformance and customer complaints.
Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, ensuring quality expectations are met.About you
Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience with quality management systems and ISO 9001.
Relevant certifications (CQI, Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor) – desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.What We Offer
