Sphere Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier 1 construction contractor for a Quality Advisor in the Cardiff and Bristol areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with a passion for quality management and technical delivery to join a progressive and growing organisation.
About the Role
As a Construction Quality Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of construction delivery across regional projects. You will become the expert in the company’s digital quality management system, providing guidance, training, and support to site teams and the supply chain.
Key responsibilities:

Acting as the regional expert in the company’s quality management system (QMS).
*
Supporting and training site teams and subcontractors on quality processes.
*
Monitoring and maintaining high standards of building quality and compliance.
*
Conducting inspections, advising on key trades, hold points, and technical quality requirements.
*
Reporting on best practices and assisting with quality issue resolution.
*
Collaborating with the Regional Quality Manager to ensure consistent quality across projects.
Person Specification
*
Experience in construction quality, site management, or a technical construction role.
*
Strong knowledge of building processes, quality standards, and site inspections.
*
Proficient in digital systems and able to train others effectively.
*
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
*
Full UK driving licence required.
