Job Description
Keystone Care is looking for a Quality and Compliance Officer to join a reputable Adult and Social Care Provider. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that our operations and procedures meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and guidelines. The role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems and compliance programs to support the organization's objectives.

- Develop and implement quality management and compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to regulations and standards
- Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics and report findings to management
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance quality and compliance processes
- Stay updated with changes in industry regulations and ensure the organization's compliance
- Provide training and support to staff on quality and compliance matters
- Manage and resolve any compliance issues or breaches
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and compliance regulations
