About the Role
Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join a leading manufacturing business. This role is key to maintaining high quality standards across the site, supporting the Quality Manager and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Quality Manager with daily quality processes.
* Act as administrator for the Quality Management System (ISO 9001), ensuring documents are up to date.
* Handle customer service queries and non-conformances, investigating issues and driving corrective actions.
* Support audits and ensure schedules are followed.
* Promote best practice in quality and compliance across all departments.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a quality role within manufacturing (minimum 3 years preferred).
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 systems and procedures.
* Confidence in root cause analysis and problem-solving.
