Location: Worksop, Nottinghamshire

We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our dynamic team at a pre-cast concrete factory in Worksop - one of the largest facilities of its kind in Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining high quality standards across our production processes and finished products.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality checks and inspections on pre-cast concrete components throughout the production process
Ensure compliance with internal standards, industry regulations, and client specifications
Accurately record inspection results and maintain documentation in line with QA procedures
Work closely with production, engineering, and design teams to identify and resolve quality issues
Participate in root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives
Support internal and external audits as required
Promote and adhere to health, safety, and environmental best practices at all times
✅ What We're Looking For:
Experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, ideally within a manufacturing or construction environment
Knowledge of pre-cast concrete, offsite construction, or similar products is advantageous
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and report non-conformance
Confident in reading technical drawings and specifications
Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with QA systems/processes
A proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for continuous improvement
