Location: Civic Campus, Euclid Street, SN1 2JG
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 3+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £50.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities
Provide quality assurance and review services to improve care for children, young people, and families.
Ensure safeguarding requirements are met and exceed expectations.
Deliver high-quality independent oversight of practices.
Facilitate meetings to meet legal obligations, focusing on relationships and participation.
Support and challenge practices to achieve better outcomes for children.
Person Specifications
Must Have
Strong values in work with individuals, families, and partners.
Commitment to quality and understanding of good practice.
Ability for honest reflection and openness to learning.
Effective working relationships with partners, families, and carers.
Nice to Have
Experience in a similar role or environment.
Additional qualifications in child protection or social work.
