Quality Assurance Lead (Children's Services) 🌟
📍 Location: Hull (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
🕘 Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00
💷 Pay: Up to £29.71 per hour (umbrella)
About the Role:
Lead and support quality assurance systems that drive customer feedback, audit functions, and continuous improvement across children's services. You'll play a key part in shaping services, commissioning, and workforce development in Hull's social care, early help, learning & skills, and SEND sectors.
What You'll Do:
✅ Lead audits, dip sampling & bespoke reviews across CYPFS
✅ Analyze practice and support best-quality, effective practice
✅ Manage Quality Assurance Improvement Officer to deliver timely, accurate data reports
✅ Support Senior Leadership Team to maintain high practice standards
✅ Drive continuous improvement in Children's Services outcomes
