Undertake assurance sampling on completed inspections and operational activities to verify accuracy and quality of service delivery. Maintain accurate records and reporting within internal systems including CAFM and contract management platforms. Support the development and implementation of the Contract Quality Plan, ensuring audit findings and service issues are translated into improvement actions. Work closely with operational teams and supply chain partners to ensure consistent application of quality standards and contractual processes. Deliver training and guidance to operational colleagues and contractors on quality processes, assurance procedures and reporting requirements.
