About the Role:
Our client based in Padiham is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Operative to join their team on a full-time temporary basis. This is a hands-on role focused on assembling small components and performing quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble small components with precision and care
* Conduct visual and manual quality checks on finished products
* Identify and report defects or non-conformities
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times
* Accurately complete production and quality control documentation
Key Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
* Ability to work quickly and accurately under minimal supervision
* Previous experience in a production or assembly environment is desirable but not essential
* Good communication skills
* Willingness to work as part of a team
Additional Information:
* Immediate start available
