Quality Assurance Specialist – Shaping the Future of Sustainable Packaging

In this role, you won’t just tick compliance boxes — you’ll be a key driver of our quality culture, helping us continuously improve, meet rigorous industry standards, and ensure our products live up to the trust our customers place in us.
Your Impact
Champion Quality & Sustainability: Develop and maintain robust Quality Management Systems that meet ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, ensuring our operations are both high-quality and environmentally responsible.
Lead Audits with Confidence: Plan and conduct internal audits, coordinate external ones, and turn findings into practical, value-adding improvements.
Drive Data-Backed Decisions: Use reporting tools to identify trends, tackle root causes of issues, and unlock opportunities for process optimisation.
Ensure Ethical Standards: Support compliance with BRC requirements and integrate FSC principles to guarantee responsible sourcing.
Protect What Matters: Help implement data security measures that safeguard sensitive company and client information.What You Bring
2–3+ years in Quality Assurance or a similar role, ideally within manufacturing, packaging, or related industries.
Proven experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for clear and compelling reporting.
Knowledge of BRC and FSC standards is a plus — as is experience in the food or sustainable materials sector.
A meticulous eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Why Join Us?
