Quality Assurance Technician
Are you an experienced technician with a background in electronics manufacturing and a keen eye for detail? We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join a busy production team, ensuring the quality and functionality of electronic assemblies before they reach customers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on testing, fault finding, and working collaboratively with engineering and quality teams to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate manual and automated test equipment to verify PCB and assembly functionality
* Record and share accurate test results with Engineering and Quality teams
* Read and interpret circuit diagrams to assist with fault finding
* Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure optimal performance
* Support improvements in testing protocols and suggest technical enhancements
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in electronics manufacturing
* Understanding of production processes and electrical testing environments
* Awareness of health and safety practices in testing
* Experience designing and assembling test jigs (desirable)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good communication and IT skills (Microsoft Office and internal systems)
* Commitment to professional development in engineering
