We are seeking a dedicated Quality & Compliance Associate to oversee and enhance our Quality Management System (QMS). You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our offerings meet both internal and external regulatory standards.
What You'll Do:
As our Quality & Compliance Associate, you will:
Support Management & Operations in maintaining our ISO 9000:2015 accredited QMS.
Implement and amend Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
Manage all QMS documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Review confidential documents, including Customer/Supplier NDAs.
Address and resolve Customer and Supplier complaints effectively.
Collaborate with suppliers to uphold high-quality standards.
Prepare for and manage audits for BSI, Customers, and Suppliers.
Conduct internal audits and complete customer surveys and questionnaires.
Research compliance and regulatory matters, providing feedback to Senior Management.
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Previous experience in a similar role
The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and adapt to unexpected demands.
Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.
