A selection of the responsibilities attached to this role are as follows:
Line Management and leadership of the Quality Control team including the setting of policies
Lead knowledge and training on measurement and assessment techniques as well calibration equipment
Decision making on non-conformity
Quality compliance adherence to specifications for manufactured products
Development of quality control capability through any means necessary inclusive of new technology, equipment and techniques
Responsibility for customer quality management
The Quality Control Manager role will require you to be an experienced Quality practitioner, ideally with experience across precision engineering and/or metrology related manaufacture, including geometric tolerance and calibration. While an engineering-focused degree would be beneficial, it is not essential.
The role boasts an extremely strong benefits package as well as a competitive salary, and would be equally suitable to someone looking for a step up, as someone already operating at the Management level
