Job Description
Civil QC Supervisor
* 📍 Talacre, North Wales - Shore-based site
* ⏰ 12+ months - Project expected to last up to 3 years
* 💰 Negotiable Rate / Outside IR35
* 💡 On-site 5.5 days per week
Ceto Talent is partnering with a Leading EPC Contractor known for delivering high-value and complex Energy projects for the Offshore industry.
We're looking for an experienced industry professional to join as their Civil QC Supervisor on this exciting and UK-first Carbon Capture project within Liverpool Bay.
You'll be expected to supervise 4-5 inspectors, whilst ensuring Quality Control Plans are correctly carried on with reference to civil activities and liaise with the end client.
✅What You’ll Be Doing:
* As QC Civils Supervisor, you will supervise inspections, ensure Quality Control Plans are followed, and verify required quality records, including subcontracted work.
* Oversee preparation of quality dossiers for final handover.
* Check availability and suitability of consumables, equipment, and instruments.
* Ensure materials and equipment are properly received, stored, calibrated, identified, and traceable.
* Support development of QC Information System rules.
* Review and verify qualifications of inspection personnel and work procedures, including special processes.
* Ensure NCR management process is in place and effective.
* Confirm tests, inspections, and controls follow QC and ITP plans, and verify documentation for mechanical completion.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
* Proven senior level experience as Civils QC Supervisor and in QC activities within Oil & Gas or similar industries
* Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
* ISO 9001:2015 certified
* Strong Quality Control inspection skills
* Proficient in MS365
* Right to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
