STEM Recruitment is seeking a Permanent QC Team Lead to join our client’s team in Angus & Dundee, Scotland. This role is essential for overseeing quality control operations, with a focus on GMP compliance and HPLC analysis. The successful candidate will lead a team, ensuring that laboratory procedures adhere strictly to regulatory standards, and facilitate continuous improvement in testing methodologies. You will be responsible for coordinating sample analysis, validating HPLC methods, and maintaining accurate documentation to support batch releases and quality assurance processes.
* Proven experience in Quality Control within the pharmaceutical industry
* Strong knowledge of GMP regulations
* Experience operating HPLC equipment and method validation
* Leadership skills to manage and motivate a laboratory team
* Ability to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
