Quality Inspector
Are you an experienced Quality Inspector or someone with a background in CNC machined parts inspection, looking for your next challenge in a forward-thinking engineering environment?
Join a company that manufactures precision machined components for world-class products. We're seeking a detail-driven Quality Inspector to play a key role in ensuring our high standards are consistently met across both in-house and sub-contracted parts.
What You'll Be Doing
Conduct dimensional inspections using hand measuring equipment
Work from engineering drawings to verify CNC machined components
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
Relay inspection findings clearly and constructively
Support continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll Bring
Experience inspecting CNC machined parts
Strong understanding of engineering drawings
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
Bonus Skills (Not Essential, But Great to Have)
CMM experience (MITUTOYO MCOSMOS programming)
Knowledge of Six Sigma / SPC methodologies
Experience with quality control systems and standards
Ability to liaise with customers and suppliers
Involvement in corrective actions and NCR reviews

Competitive salary: £29,000-£35,000 (depending on experience)
5 weeks holiday per year
Contributory pension scheme (after 3 months)
36-hour work week: Monday-Thursday, 06:30-16:00
