Job Description:
As a Quality Control Technician, you’ll become a valued member of a highly skilled quality team. Your role is vital to maintaining top-tier product standards, ensuring safety, consistency, and customer satisfaction. You will:

Conduct internal quality checks, including assessments of incoming goods and finished products
*
Maintain accurate records in the product testing database
*
Ensure robust traceability of samples and documentation
*
Support quality, food safety, and new product development initiatives
*
Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and enhanced food safety measures
Skills & experience:
To thrive in this Quality Control Technician role, you should bring:

Previous experience in a food manufacturing or processing environment
*
Familiarity with QC testing methods and sampling techniques
*
Strong communication and IT skills, including accurate documentation practices
*
The ability to manage your own workload, remain organised, and perform well under pressure
*
A degree in Food Science and Nutrition (desirable but not essential)
*
Experience with quality management systems and documentation control
