Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Quality Controller based in Bedford for a reputable professional organisation.
Summary of the Quality Controller role…
Salary: £27,846 + shift allowance £3288.96
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 4 on 4 off, rotational days and nights.
The role…
As the Quality Controller your role will involve the following important duties:
Monitor product quality.
Test product against the customer's requirement.
Perform CCP metal detection checks.
Report results and metal detection failures.
Ensure that Certificates of analysis are sent to the customer.
Ensure that product labels and Job Sheets are printed.
The experience required…
As a successful Quality Controller you will have the following:
Level 2 or 3 HACCP qualification.
Internal auditing qualification/certification.
Food safety qualification.
Experience within a similar role in the food industry.
Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
