Job Description

Quality & Customer Care Executive This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in customer service or supply chain administration, who is passionate about sustainability, quality, and customer experience. What you need to know: * £26,000 - £30,000 * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Flexible working hours * Hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days from home) * Career growth and skills development opportunities as the company scales * Free product samples and participation in testing new products * Staff discount of 25% off trade prices * Join a purpose-driven business committed to people and the planet * Work in a vibrant, supportive office near Kingston upon Thames with on-site parking Key Responsibilities * Coordinate the onboarding process for new suppliers * Obtain and manage up-to-date product specifications for label reprints * Create Front of Pack and Back of Pack label content from specifications * Ensure compliance with EU labelling legislation and product claims * Monitor packaging inventory and coordinate with suppliers to maintain supply chain continuity * Collaborate with suppliers to ensure labels are confirmed and implemented * Provide customer service support during peak periods via phone and email * Manage customer complaints and issue resolutions in line with company standards * Maintain up-to-date supplier certifications * Support cross-functional teams on product launches and quality assurance Candidate Profile * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or supply chain * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills * Strong communication skills for internal and external collaboration * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines * Proficiency in project coordination or light project management Refer a friend and earn £100!
