Quality Engineer
Dunfermline area | Permanent | Full-time
An established manufacturing business is seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join its Quality team. This role is key to ensuring products meet the highest standards through testing, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out quality inspections and testing on raw materials, components, and finished products.
Analyse results, identify non-conformances, and produce clear reports.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Support root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain accurate quality documentation and assist with internal audits.
Contribute to ongoing improvement projects and help train new team members.About You
Experience in a quality or manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with quality standards such as IPC 610 or ISO systems.
Proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.
