Day Shift – Monday to Friday *early finish Friday*

Responsible for each vehicle during the Final Quality Process including Dynamic Assessment.
Plan Dynamic Assessment activity at an Automotive proving ground.
Resolve issues reported during the off- site Dynamic Assessment process by Identifying root cause and instigating permanent corrective actions.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues that arise as quickly and efficiently as possible to prevent compromising quality and safety standards.
Monitor and report on Quality related key performance indicators.
Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), and Measurement System Analysis.
Demonstrate an attitude of continuous improvement and co-operation within the department.
Lead and/or support groups of technicians and engineers with fault resolution.
Hours: Workshop hours are: 07.00-16.30 M-Th / 07.00-12.45 Fr
Pay: up to £52,000 per annum
