Position Overview: We are looking for a Quality Engineer / Inspector to support the company’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality across the production process. The ideal candidate will have experience within the aerospace or manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of quality assurance processes, inspections, and compliance with industry standards. You will be responsible for ensuring all products meet both internal and external quality requirements while working closely with production teams to resolve any quality issues. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed inspections of materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications. Use a variety of measurement tools and techniques to carry out dimensional, visual, and functional inspections. Work closely with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues during the manufacturing process. Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100 and other relevant certifications. Review engineering drawings and product specifications to ensure correct interpretation of requirements. Develop and maintain quality documentation, reports, and certificates. Assist with the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) and improvements in quality control processes. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes to resolve non-conformities. Provide guidance on quality improvement initiatives and industry best practices to team members. Monitor key quality metrics and suggest areas for continuous improvement. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Quality Engineer / Inspector in an aerospace or manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS), including ISO 9001, AS9100, and other relevant standards. Experience with inspection tools, measurement techniques, and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods is highly desirable. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive approach with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills. A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is advantageous but not essential. If this role is of interest, please click apply now
