Job Description
Are you an experienced Quality Engineer who has worked within the aerospace sector? Our client, a manufacturer of fabricated and machined components, is looking for a Quality Engineer on a permanent basis. The role will drive product quality and process compliance, maintain quality management systems and promote a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have worked within the aerospace sector and be well versed with quality management tools, problem analysis methodologies and internal audits.

Job Description
Root cause analysis of non-conformances and establishing corrective actions for internal, customer and supplier issues
Support with the inspection of components and FAIR activity
Maintenance of the company QMS
Complete internal and customer audits to ensure requirements are met
Develop a culture of continuous improvement
Quality Engineer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Experienced working in a Quality Engineer position, within the aerospace sector
Knowledge of quality managements systems (ISO9001/AS9100)
Competent with problem analysis methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why)
Well-versed with quality management tools and methodologies (APQP, FMEA, SPC, Control Plans)
