Quality Engineer – Manufacturing – Oxfordshire

Key Responsibilities:
Implement, maintain, and improve quality management systems in line with industry standards.
Conduct inspections, audits, and root cause analyses to ensure products meet quality expectations.

Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma projects.

Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience as a Quality Engineer, ideally within manufacturing.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience with inspection techniques, statistical process control, and root cause analysis.
Excellent communication skills and team-working abilities.
