Are you a Quality Engineer looking to make a real impact in a forward-thinking manufacturing environment?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering manufacturer based in Bordon, seeking a motivated and skilled Quality Engineer to join their growing team.

 This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and driving high standards across operations.

Quality Engineer

 Permanent 

 Up to £34,000

 Monday–Thursday: 9am-5pm, 9am-12:15pm Friday

Quality Engineer

 Job Description 

Carry out product and process inspections, producing clear dimensional and performance reports.
Operate laboratory and QC equipment, including tensile and hardness testers.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions.
Assist with internal, customer and external audits.
Contribute to FMEA, APQP, Control Plans and other quality planning activities. 

Quality Engineer

 Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015.
Confident root cause analysis and problem-solving ability (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone).
Experience in Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement projects.
Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools.
