What you’ll bring
Significant experience in quality assurance within a regulated manufacturing environment
Experience with root cause analysis tools such as FMEA, 5Y’s, Fishbone, or 8D
Ability to interpret engineering drawings
Familiarity with Lean principles and data-driven improvement techniques
Engineering qualification (Apprenticeship, HNC, or Degree) is desirable
What you’ll be doing
Playing a key role in NPI activity, ensuring quality is built into products right from concept stage
Contributing to Lean and continuous improvement projects
Supporting Project, Engineering, and Purchasing in maintaining full traceability and conformance documentation around NPIWhat they will provide you with
