Job Description

Are you an experienced Quality Engineer looking to take ownership of quality within a well-established engineering business?

Our client , is looking for a proactive Quality Engineer to join their QHSE team at their Birmingham site.

Working within a regulated manufacturing environment, you’ll play a key role in driving quality improvements, supporting customer and supplier quality activities, leading investigations and ensuring compliance with recognised quality standards.

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading root cause investigations and corrective actions

Managing customer and supplier quality issues

Driving Continuous Improvement projects

Supporting internal and external audits

Maintaining Quality Management Systems

Working with Operations and Supply Chain teams

Supporting APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and related quality activities

We’re looking for someone with:

Previous Quality Engineer experience

Regulated manufacturing background

Knowledge of AS9100 and/or ISO9001

Root Cause Analysis

8D

FMEA

Internal Auditing

Excellent stakeholder communication

Package

Up to £45,000
