Are you passionate about ensuring the highest standards of quality in products? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence! Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Engineer to join their organisation on a Fixed Term Contract, working full-time.
What You'll Do:
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality of our products. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing Change Controls, ensuring timely approvals and closures while gathering impact assessments.
Designing, developing, and documenting verification test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate product performance and compliance.
Performing risk assessments to ensure validation activities align with regulatory and industry standards.
Executing verification tests, analysing results, and documenting findings to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
Generating comprehensive documentation, including test procedures, results, validation reports, and tracking issues through resolution.
Collaborating with product engineering and development teams to review requirements and specifications.
Working closely with quality control teams to identify areas for improvement.
Promoting safety, quality, cost, delivery, and team morale while adhering to H&S, Quality, and Regulatory requirements. What You Need:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015.
Experience in process/product validation with a solid understanding of validation principles and practises.
Proficiency in quality tools and instruments such as OGP Smart scope, micrometre, Vernier, and Tensile testing.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
