As Quality Control Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
Inspecting components to customer specifications and engineering drawings
Performing dimensional checks using CMM and manual tools
Creating and reviewing First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs)
Supporting internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Interfacing with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve quality issues
As Quality Control Engineer, your experience will include:
Minimum 3 years in a quality inspection role within aerospace
Apprenticeship-trained with strong production floor experience
Skilled in CMM programming and operation (Mitutoyo / Faro Arm)
Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings
Strong communication skills and a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude
