In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance, while driving continuous improvement across our operations.
The Role
* Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing effective corrective actions.
* Lead and support internal audits, calibration, and quality improvement projects.
* Provide on-site support to production and oversee testing in the QC lab.
* Maintain documentation, processes, and lab standards to meet compliance.
* Mentor colleagues and promote a culture of quality and customer-first thinking.
The Person
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Experience in quality assurance, auditing, or QC testing (ideally in manufacturing).
* A collaborative mindset with the confidence to drive improvements.
