Monday to Friday (on-site), with flexibility in working hours open for discussion. Job Description: We are currently seeking a Quality Engineer to support our continued focus on excellence and continuous improvement. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in driving quality across the production process and working closely with engineers, customers, and suppliers to ensure high standards are met and maintained. As a Quality Engineer, your responsibilities will include: * Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for nonconforming parts * Supporting customer-related quality concerns with effective communication and resolution * Analysing quality data to identify trends, using statistical tools * Delivering training to staff on quality procedures and standards * Maintaining quality records and reporting on metrics * Driving process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency * Leading and participating in internal and external audits * Collaborating with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality expectations Skills & Experience: To be successful as a Quality Engineer, you should have: * Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications * A solid understanding of machining and welding processes * Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation * Knowledge of quality and regulatory standards * Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office * Confidence in managing multiple quality projects * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Experience conducting audits (internal/external) * A full UK driving licence Why Should You Apply?
