Weymouth | Competitive Salary | Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Permanent

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Quality Engineer on behalf of our client - a rapidly growing engineering company based in Weymouth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting and driving the company's key performance indicators (KPIs) across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people.
Key Duties:
Monitor and maintain all quality assurance systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Lead and support investigations into quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Review and interpret First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).
Act as the main point of contact for all internal and external quality-related matters.
Assist with internal and external auditing schedules and processes.
Promote and implement standardised processes and best practices across the organisation.
Requirements:
ISO 9001 / AS9100 audit trained.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO9001, ISO14001 and NADCAP standards.
Previous experience working in a Quality Engineer role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
