Job Description

Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Manager Location: Reading Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30am – 5pm Working Pattern: Office based   We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Quality & EHS Manager to join a growing organisation operating within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.   This is a fantastic opportunity for a quality professional with strong ISO, audit, CAPA and HSE experience who enjoys being hands-on and making a genuine impact across a site.   Role Requirements Leading the Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental management system Managing internal and external audits Owning CAPA processes and effectiveness checks Managing customer quality issues and complaints Leading root cause investigations and corrective actions Supporting supplier and subcontractor quality performance Monitoring compliance, risks, trends and KPIs Leading incident investigations and HSE activities Driving continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and risk-based thinking Developing and delivering Q-EHS training across the site  About You Proven experience managing Quality and/or QHSE systems Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Experience leading audits and managing CAPA Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills Experience with HSE legislation, risk assessments and incident investigations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills  Package £55,000–£65,000 per annum Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:00 Office/site-based role in Reading Opportunity to join a growing organisation within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector
