Location: Redditch
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Days (may change after 12 months)

About the Role:
We’re currently recruiting for a Final Inspector / Inspector to join a well-established and expanding manufacturing team in Redditch. This is a permanent opportunity offering stability, excellent working conditions, and the chance to play a key role in maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.
As a Final Inspector, you’ll be responsible for conducting thorough checks on finished components and assemblies to ensure they meet strict quality standards before dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out detailed visual and dimensional inspections of finished products
Use precision measuring equipment (e.g., micrometers, verniers, gauges)
Identify and report non-conformances accurately
Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation
Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues
Follow company and industry quality standards and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in inspection or quality control within a manufacturing or engineering environment
Good understanding of quality assurance processes and inspection techniques
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
